This won't happen if we look away. Did you ever read the book about Dr. Paul Farmer "Mountains beyond Mountains"? He has been working there for years and I watched an interview with him a few days ago. He talked about this and how this can be a great chance for Haiti. You are such a good writer! They have a wonderful chance to rebuild and have a much better life with the jobs that the rebuilding will bring and, because they have 80% illiteracy, a chance to have schools.
